Partner thesis

InvoiceDX complements ERP and accounting projects. Each engagement defines who owns the source system, the data, the connectors, support and the regulatory components. InvoiceDX never owns the ERP project. InvoiceDX works with any GSP, ASP or ERP you run — keep them, or if you want to change one, we will recommend options. Connectors are listed in the Conformance centre with their scope and readiness.

API contracts and a sandbox will be shared under NDA as each is built. The direction is open, documented and versioned interfaces, published on the Conformance centre as each is tested, with no lock-in on the exchange layer: the customer keeps its provider and its ERP.

Tracks to explore

Commercial terms for each track are agreed per engagement, after a joint commercial and technical validation.

  • Solution referral

  • Integration and build
  • Co-delivery by market

Boundaries

  • Partner enquiries go to our partnerships team, not to direct sales.

The partner ecosystem

Partner types InvoiceDX can work with, what each gains and what we ask. Partner programme terms are agreed per engagement.

ERP systems integrators and ERP practices

Firms that implement, upgrade and support ERP systems and carry the customer relationship through the project.

What you gain

  • A governed exception-to-posting workflow you can add to ERP projects without building bespoke interfaces each time
  • Clear ownership boundaries: you keep the ERP project, the data and the customer; InvoiceDX never owns the ERP project
  • Connector read/write scope documented per ERP and version, so delivery estimates rest on tested facts

What we ask

One joint customer scenario to validate the fit, and a named delivery contact for integration questions.

GSP/ASP and authorised e-invoicing providers

India GSP/ASP, UAE accredited ASPs, Saudi Arabia compliant solution providers, France plateformes agréées and Germany e-invoicing vendors.

What you gain

  • Your regulated exchange role stays yours; InvoiceDX is not an ASP, GSP or plateforme agréée and is not seeking that status
  • A downstream answer for customers who ask what happens after a rejection, a clearance or a status change
  • Tested message and event interfaces, documented per provider, rather than ad-hoc customer integrations

What we ask

A test environment and interface documentation, and agreement on data and controller responsibilities.

Chartered accountants, tax advisers and audit firms

Practising accountants, tax advisers and audit teams who review client invoice records, reconciliations and returns.

What you gain

  • Evidence that is already linked: invoice, correction, approval and ERP reference in one reviewable trace
  • Fewer missing-document chases before reconciliation and return work; filing powers stay with you and your client
  • Controlled single-client delegation under the client's authorisation, scoped per engagement

What we ask

Participation in the design pilot with one consenting client and a data processing agreement.

ERP and finance-software vendors

Vendors and ecosystems around SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, ERPNext, Zoho and comparable finance software — named as categories, not endorsements.

What you gain

  • A complementary application that keeps the ERP as the financial system of record and posts only through supported connectors
  • Documented connector conformance by product and version, published on the Conformance centre once tested
  • A shared answer for customers who need DOA-governed exception handling the ERP does not provide on its own

What we ask

Access to a sandbox or test tenant and a technical contact for connector validation.

Banks, supply-chain-finance and payment platforms

Institutions and platforms that finance or settle invoices and need to know an invoice's verified status before they act. InvoiceDX is not a lender and offers no financing product; it can be a source of status evidence for those who do, under the customer's consent.

What you gain

  • Invoice status evidence — exchange response, approval state and ERP posting reference — as an input to financing decisions
  • Clear separation of roles: InvoiceDX executes no payments and moves no funds
  • Fewer disputes traced back to an invoice that was never approved or was posted differently from what was financed

What we ask

A defined status-evidence use case and agreement on the customer's consent and data-sharing model.

Shared-services and BPO finance-operations providers

Providers that run accounts payable, accounts receivable or tax operations for several entities or clients.

What you gain

  • One queue per entity and country with owners, rule results and the next authorised step, instead of spreadsheets and mail threads
  • DOA and segregation-of-duties controls that hold across client tenants and shifts
  • Verified ERP outcomes and tax-ready workpapers your service levels can refer to

What we ask

A pilot entity with its exception volume and existing approval matrix, and an operations lead as counterpart.

Procurement and supplier-network platforms

Platforms that manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding and supplier communication upstream of the invoice.

What you gain

  • A defined hand-off from PO and goods receipt to invoice exception handling, with the mismatch reason carried through
  • Supplier-side corrections routed back with the approved outcome, reducing repeat exceptions
  • No overlap in ownership: sourcing and supplier data remain on your platform

What we ask

Interface documentation for PO and receipt data and one joint customer to test the hand-off.

Management consultancies and transformation advisers

Advisers who design finance operating models, shared-services moves, ERP programmes and tax-technology roadmaps.

What you gain

  • A concrete control layer to put into target operating models between provider, ERP and tax team
  • Readiness stated per country and per capability, so your recommendations rest on what is tested
  • Workshop material on the exception lifecycle, from compliance to completion, for client sessions

What we ask

An introduction into an active transformation programme where invoice exceptions are on the issue list.

Industry bodies and chambers

Trade associations, chambers of commerce and professional bodies whose members face e-invoicing mandates.

What you gain

  • Dated, sourced mandate information, provided as general information: India statements reviewed by a practising chartered accountant, local practitioner review in progress for the other jurisdictions
  • Briefings that separate what the law requires from what any software is ready to do
  • A neutral explanation of the roles of authorised providers, ERPs and control layers

What we ask

A member briefing slot or working-group participation; no logo use or endorsement is requested or claimed.
