Connecting invoices, finance and tax — from invoice to outcome
InvoiceDX.ai is the invoice digital exchange built by Regime Tax Solutions: the team that has worked on Indian GST compliance since the launch of GST on 1 July 2017, now applying that discipline to invoice exceptions, controlled financial action and tax-ready data across India, the GCC and the European mandates.
Vision
Every mandated e-invoice is a trusted commercial document. InvoiceDX is the open platform where it is born, intelligently processed and connected to the financial system.
Mission
Make invoice compliance effortless for every business in India and the GCC — and make its verified invoice history count when it trades across borders.
Compliance is effortless
The mandate work is done once, through the provider you already use — and every invoice that clears it starts with a validated record.
Exceptions stop holding up cash
Every exception gets an owner and a decision, so invoices stop waiting in queues and the cash position is known.
Verified history travels with you
Resolved exceptions, approvals and ERP references are retained from day one — the record a business can carry anywhere.
Three outcomes the mission names. The first two are what the platform does today; the third is the record it builds from the first invoice.
Commitments
Eight commitments that govern every decision
The principles we hold ourselves to — published so you can hold us to them.
- 01
Domestic first. Cross-border always.
We enter every market as a domestic compliance platform before any cross-border corridor. Domestic work earns the regulatory trust that makes cross-border credible.
- 02
Compliance is the door. Intelligence is the room. Finance is the business.
Mandates bring a business in. The verified history built from its own invoices is what keeps it. Financing decisions are the direction that history makes possible — the next chapter, always stated as direction.
- 03
Government-validated invoices are the foundation, not a feature.
Every invoice we work with carries the authority's own reference. We will not add unverified invoice processing to grow volume.
- 04
Open over closed. Always.
Open standards for exchange, documented interfaces for your ERP and provider, no lock-in on the exchange layer. You must be free to leave.
- 05
India and the GCC first. Then every mandate country.
India and the GCC are the proof and the template. Each further mandate country follows the same path, starting in a test environment before any production commitment.
- 06
MSMEs and enterprises get the same network.
The same controls that serve a group CFO serve a ten-person exporter. Pricing differs; the network and the evidence do not.
- 07
A marketplace, not a lender.
When financing products exist, InvoiceDX will verify and present; the lending decision and the lending risk stay with the financial institution. Payment execution stays with your treasury and bank.
- 08
Build the record from the first invoice.
Every resolved exception, approval and ERP reference is retained from day one, because the value of a verified history is its depth.
What this means on this site today
Our positioning is deliberately neutral: InvoiceDX is provider-neutral and ERP-neutral by design. It works alongside the GSP, ASP and ERP you already run — keep them; and if you decide to change either, we will recommend options rather than tie you to ours. Connectors are listed in the Conformance centre with their scope and readiness.
Today the platform does two things, each within the scope and readiness stated in the readiness register: compliant e-invoice exchange through your authorised provider, and controlled financial action on the exceptions that follow — owner, rule, delegated approval, permitted ERP hand-off, verification and retained evidence, handed over as tax-ready data. That is InvoiceDX Control and InvoiceDX Command Centre.
Cross-border exchange and invoice financing are the direction the vision names — the next chapter, built on the verified record the platform creates today. Every capability on this site carries a readiness status (Concept, Demo/test-ready, Pilot or Production) so you always know what is operational, what you can see on your own data in a test environment, and what is still being designed.
The company
- Legal entity: Regime Tax Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, India — the controller for every request made on this site.
- Heritage: GST compliance since 1 July 2017 through TaxGenie, Regime Tax Solutions' GST compliance platform and a GSTN-empanelled GSP. Connectivity in India: InvoiceDX itself does not connect to the IRP or GSTN; IRP connectivity is through TaxGenie or your own GSP or ASP.
- Footprint: India today, with the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the European Union as contractual hosting regions when a customer requires them.
- Review: India statements are reviewed by a practising chartered accountant; for the other jurisdictions, local practitioner review is in progress. Each statement shows its reviewer role and the date it was last checked.
- People: we do not publish individual names or titles on this site. Introductions happen in the demo.
How we describe what we do
- ISO/IEC 27001 certified — certificate available on request. Other certifications, accreditations and empanelments appear here with their reference once on file.
- Customer names, volumes and results are published only with the customer's release; until then we show you the workflow on sample data.
- Returns are filed by your filer, payments by your treasury, approvals by your people under delegation of authority, and lending by financial institutions — InvoiceDX prepares, routes, verifies and retains.
